TATYANA SOBOLEVA

 

Tatyana Soboleva is a Russian documentary director and producer. She was born in Moscow. In 2004 Tatyana graduated from Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography with a degree in documentary filmmaking. Her documentaries have been selected for many Russian and international festivals and received a number of prizes as well as critical acclaim. She was nominated twice for the Laurel Branch National Prize. In 2017 Tatyana took part in the Berlinale Talents program.

Tatyana is a mentor for a number of non-fiction artist residencies, a host of the Industry program and a member of Selection Committee at MIDFF Doker, a founder of Dostoyevsky Doc production company and a member of The Documentary Film and Television Guild. Her documentary projects include “Motherland” (2021), “The Russian Way” (2021), “Uncle Sasha, or One flew over Russia” and many others.
